Curation Stages

1. Call for Nomination

Official nomination invitations are sent to companies, partners, and universities to nominate outstanding women professionals for the award.

2. Track Record Verification

A thorough review is carried out on each candidate’s profile, achievements, contributions, publications, and measurable impact.

3. Contribution Evaluation

Candidates are assessed holistically based on professional excellence, leadership, social contribution, and ability to inspire.

4. Ranking & Classification

Each candidate is positioned within the most appropriate award category according to relevance and recognition accuracy.

5. Final Award Decision

Based on evaluation results, the curation board determines selected recipients who meet established standards and award criteria.
